Hello Jessica, I totally adore the fabrics you chose to create this fantastic quilt! I usually go for a more traditional style of pattern, but am very flexible on fabric choices (there are just far to many gorgeous, unique and perfect to work with) available to stay in one area. Yet, your pattern is such an eye catcher, I know I would make it a couple of times! Thank you for sharing your fantastic photos and quilt! Have a great day!
One of my quilt designs featuring my “White Christmas” collection displayed at the Iowa State Fair. I knew the sledding snowmen print would be great as a fussy-cut fabric and from what I’ve seen from those using it, we all had the same idea smile emoticon Quilted by the insanely talented Jessica Gamez. Today is National Thread the Needle Day. It is either a day of celebrating sewing, or can metaphorically mean working through two opposing viewpoints and attempting to work through issues together.
Today will be spent going through scraps at home and making a few projects. Share with us how you will be celebrating #ThreadTheNeedleDay for a chance to win a fat quarter bundle of Alex Anderson’s Red Collection.
Happy Fourth of July! We celebrated by having a BBQ at the office here in Torrance, California. The wonderful women that work in the office decorated with some of our red, white, and blue quilts for the holiday.
Everyone came together to celebrate our nation’s holiday.
